I'm trying to make a map of all the record stores/venues/etc in California. Here's what I have so far.

In a true testament to my OCD, I took a picture of everything in my room and resized it so that 1mm in real life = 1 pixel digitized. I then created blank images scaled to the dimensions of each of my walls and rearranged my room. I don't own the tv or the Expedit yet (bookcase under the tv - soon to be filled with records), but I imagine I'll be picking those up soon.

I don't really know why I'm getting all this stuff, I guess I'm just stocking up while I'm financially able to. All in preparation for the big move. If only I knew where I was moving to? Philadelphia always sounds good, but it would be really nice and convenient to stay on the west coast. I guess we'll see when the time comes.

2008 really sucked for me. 2000h8 for sure. I can't stand my job. I just know that if I keep powering through it, nose to the grindstone, it'll pay off next year. Right?

Since I started this post in the most unpunk way imaginable, I'll cap it off with a 7" that's been getting a lot of play recently - the Framtid/Disclose split 7". Most people think Disclose is a lot better than Framtid but man I seriously fuckin love Framtid.
